  • Drink and snack smart. When it's hot outside, try to offer your family water instead of sugary drinks. Limiting the amount of snacking will give your saliva time to coat your teeth and help keep them cleaner.
  • Make time for a dental visit. Some grades require a dental check up, so be sure to schedule them early to avoid the rush before school starts.
